How do I track my order?

My package says delivered but I don't have it. What should I do?
First, double-check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If you still can't find it, contact your local post office.

What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email customerservice@leniscloset.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Because we work with on-demand production partners, orders move into processing quickly.
